Spaghetti Puttanesca

This is not the best picture. I had to take this picture quickly because it went fast.

Marinera Sauce

Capers

Kalamata Olives

Red Pepper Flakes

What To Do:

Chop up the olives.  I do a ruff chop which is a quick run through with my knife.   Mix all the ingredients together and simmer.  I like to make the sauce a few days ahead so that the flavors can marry.  This sauce also freeze nicely.
