Parmesan Pasta with Rosemary Chicken

This is a super easy and quick meal to make.  With only four ingredients it only took me 20 minutes to put together and that was because I had to wait for the water to boil.  I am definitely serving this at my Christmas party this year.

What You Need:

1 pound Cooked Chicken

Pasta, something that will hold the sauce, shells, macaroni

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

2 Tablespoons chopped rosemary

salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions.  Don’t forget to add salt to the water once the water is boiling but before you put the pasta in. While waiting for the water, cut chicken it bite sized pieces and cook in a pan with a little olive oil. Pull off the heat and add the rosemary.  Once the pasta is cooked drain and reserve 1 cup of the cooking water.  Put the pasta and water back into the pot and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook and stir for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened.
