What you need:

Chopped Bell Pepper

Chopped Onion

Chopped Celery

Minced Garlic



Can Crushed Tomatoes

Package of chili seasoning

Sauté in a tablespoon of olive oil the first three ingredients until tender for about 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.  Add sausage and hamburger and cook until brown.   Drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes and seasoning and simmer for 10 minutes.
