Mac and cheese is one of my all time favorites.  Jalapeño and Bacon Mac, Buffalo Chicken Mac, Kielbasa and Smoked Gouda are just a few of my favorites.

This version is a great way to use up that leftover Easter ham. I mean there are only so many ham sandwiches that a person can eat.

What You Need:

8 oz. Uncooked Pasta

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Can Cheese Soup

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Cup Chopped Ham

1 Cup Chopped  Cooked Broccoli

What To Do:

Bring a pot of water to a boil.  Add the salt and pasta to the water, stir to make sure the pasta does not stick together or to the bottom of the pot.  Cook the pasta according to the package. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.  Stir in the milk and cheese. Cover and heat over low until the cheese has almost melted.  Add the ham and cooked broccoli, stir, and recover the pot.  Heat until everything is hot.
