Roasted Broccoli

Broccoli is such a great side dish for so many meals.  I usually try and make enough so there are leftovers that I can use with my eggs in the morning.

What You Need:

1 Head of Broccoli

Garlic Salt

Olive Oil

Pepper

What To Do:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.  Cut the broccoli into florets and place in a bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt and toss with your hands until the the florets are evenly coated.  Spread out on a lined cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
