Stuffing.  It is a fairly straight forward thing to make.  I like to use a fancy box stuffing.  I cut up and sauté the  onions and celery a few days ahead to save time.20131118-154452.jpg 20131118-154419.jpg

On the day that I want to use them I heat up my homemade chicken stock and mix everything together as the box says. I think that the little things, like a nice olive oil to cook the celery and onions in and a nice bread really add a lot to the stuffing.
