There is really nothing better than a nice steak.  One of my favorite things to do when I am at the market is to walk the meat cases looking for deals. I then bring them home and freeze them in ziplock bags.  This is one of those steaks. It was on sale for less than 5 dollars. Now that’s a deal!

For the potatoes, I like to start them in the microwave before I throw them on the grill or in the pan.  Adding the warm potatoes to the olive oil and seasonings really helps give them a great in depth flavor.

What You Need:

T-Bone Steak

Salt and Pepper

Worcestershire Sauce

1 lb. Potatoes

3 Tablespoons Seasoning Salt

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

What To Do:

Pour a few tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce on each steak and let marinade for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper and place on a hot grill.  Grill for about 4 minutes on each side only flipping the steaks once.

For the Potatoes:

Cut each potato in half and place in the microwave on high for 1 minute.  Once the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut in to wedges, toss in the olive oil and seasoning salt. Place on grill and cook for about 5 minutes.
