Spicy Olive Crostini

The other day we had surprise guests.  I ran into the kitchen to see what I could serve with the lovely bottle of wine that they had brought.  Luckily, I had some left over toasts on had. I whipped up these olive crostini in minutes and they were a hit!

I used a store bought spicy olive mixture that I had received in a food gift basket. Up until that moment I was not sure what I was going to do with them.  This was the perfect solution.   The mix has onions, bell peppers, celery, jalapeños, and black olives.

I have not added amounts to this recipe.  I feel that it is one of those things that you just need to play with.  I like to use a lot of cream cheese on my toasts.  It is totally up to you.  Enjoy!

What You Need:

 

Crostini Toasts

Cream Cheese

Chopped Spicy Olives

 

What To Do:

Spread the cream cheese on each toast and top with the olive mixture.
