This recipe works well with any type of fish.  The cooking times will depend on the thickness of the fish.  If you choose to use a fish that is less flavorful than salmon, I would suggest using a little less seasoning.

What You Need:

6 – 6oz Salmon

1 Tablespoon Salt

3 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

What To Do;

Preheat a pan and add the olive oil.  Sprinkle the salmon on one side wit the cajun seasoning. Place the fish seasoned side down and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.  Flip the fish, cover, and cook for an additional 4 minutes.  Remove the fish from  the heat and let rest for 5  minutes before serving.
