Thai Chicken

This is a great chicken meal that is super easy to put together.

What You Need:

4 Chicken Thighs

For the Marinade:

1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons Honey

2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil

1 1/2 Tablespoons Chili Paste

10 Minced Garlic Cloves

What To Do:

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and pour into a bag.  Add the chicken thighs and marinade in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in a hot pan.  Cover and cook for 12 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.  Serve with vegetables and rice.
