Thai Salmon

What You Need:

6-6oz Salmon

Salt

1/2 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

1/2 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Water

2 Tablespoons White Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Corn Starch

1 Crushed Garlic Clove

1 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes

What To Do:

Place the salmon in a dish and sprinkle with salt. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the salmon.  Cover and let marinade in the fridge for 2 to 24 hours.  Preheat the broiler.  Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them skin side down on a lined cookie sheet. Broil for 20 minutes.
