Bacon and Egg Crescent Rolls

This is a great dish for parties.  They are easy for you guest to pick up and eat and are great warm or at room temperature.

When I am make these for parties, I like to cook the eggs the day before so that all I have to do is assemble and cook in the oven.  I have tried to assemble them the night before but, the dough did not stand up to being left out of the can.

What You Need:

4 Eggs

Salt and Pepper

6 Slices Cooked, Chopped Bacon

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Can Crescent Rolls

What To Do:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scramble the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.  Heat the butter in a pan, add the eggs and cooked bacon.  Once the eggs are done set aside.  Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and spray with a non stick spray. Place a couple spoonfuls of the cooked eggs in the center of each triangle and wrap them up.  Place on the cookie sheet and cook according to the package directions.
