Ham and White Bean Soup

This is a great way to use up that leftover Christmas ham.

 

What You Need:

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Chopped Sweet Onion

3 Garlic Cloves

3 Chopped Celery Ribs

1 Can White Beans

3 Cups Chopped Ham

6 Cups Chicken Broth

What To Do:

Heat the olive oil in a large sauce pot.  Add the onion, celery, and garlic to the pan and saute for 5 minutes.  Drain and rinse the beans and add them to the pot along with the ham and chicken broth.  Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.  Enjoy.
