Garlic Green Beans

I find on those rushed weeknight, using frozen vegetables can really speed things up.  Not every vegetable is great frozen but I find broccoli, and green beans hold up nicely.  Because they are frozen, they don’t need as long to cook and I always have then on hand.

What You Need:

3 Tablespoons Water

1/2 Cup Frozen Green Beans

2 Minced Garlic Cloves

1 teaspoon Olive Oil

Salt

What To Do:

Bring the water to a boil and add the green beans.  Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.  Drain any water that remains and add the garlic and olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and continue wot cook for another few minutes.
