Catfish is a very tasty fish. The small amount of butter used in this recipe really adds a lot of flavor.   This dish is light and delicious. It’s great for date night or any night.

What You Need:

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 – 4oz Catfish Filets

2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

What To Do:

Heat the butter and olive oil in a pan.  Season the catfish on both sides with the cajun seasoning and place in the pan.  Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.  Cooking time will very depending on the thickness of the fish.
