The trick with pork is not to over cook it.  Pork can go from juicy to dry in minutes. It has taken me a lot o tries to perfect my pork meals.  I think my main problem was that they really take less than 8 minutes to cook through and I just didn’t believe it.  The real key is to have a hot pan and only flip them once.  This helps to visually see that  the pork, or may meat/poultry for that matter, is cooking through.

What You Need:

Pork Chops

Salt and Peper

1 Tablespoon Butter

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

What To Do:

Generously salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. Heat the olive oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add the butter. When the butter is melted, add the pork chops and cook  for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side.  Turn the chops  and continue cooking until the theyare golden brown on the other side, 1 to 2 minutes .
