Mushrooms with Butter and Thyme

Mushrooms are my husbands favorite side dish.  I like to saute them with capers, add them to orzo,  put them on puff pastry as an appetizer,  and even put them in twice baked potatoes just to name a few.  These mushrooms are simple to put together.  I actual cooked these in a pan ,on the BBQ while I was grilling the steak and asparagus, and heated the twice baked potatoes.

What You Need:

1 Package Mushrooms

6 Fresh Thyme Sprigs

1 Crushed Garlic Clove

1 Tablespoon Butter

Salt and Pepper

What To Do:

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the mushrooms and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes.  Add the thyme and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Continue to heat for another 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
