Salads are a great way to get a yummy and compete meal on the table quickly.  For this dish , I usually use leftover pasta and rotisserie chicken for this salad.  It takes minutes to throw it together and is always wonderful.

If you don’t have these things on hand, cook the pasta according to the package directions.  I like to boil my chicken, but frying it in a pan will also work.  Make sure to season everything as you go since this salad does not have a dressing.

What You Need:

1 Cup Cooked Angel  Hair Pasta

1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken

1/2 a Chopped Avocado

1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onions

1/4 Cup Crumbled Goat Cheese

Salt and Pepper
