Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

These potatoes are golden and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.  They are a tasty side dish that go wonderfully with steak, burgers, or chicken.

What You Need:

4 Tablespoons Olive OIl

2 teaspoons Salt

2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

2 teaspoons Oregano

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

What To Do:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges.  Place the potatoes on a cookie sheet and drizzle with the olive oil.  Mix so that the potatoes are coated evenly.  On a plate mix the rest of the ingredients together.  Place each potato wedge in the mixture and coat evenly.  Place the potato back on the tray and repeat with the rest of the potatoes.  Bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
