I found these cute round carrots in the freezer section at my local Trader Joe’s. They are from France and apparently they grow this way!  They were so cute I just had to get them.  They cooked up quickly. I dropped them in simmering water for a few minutes, drained them added butter and fresh thyme.  Cooked them until the butter melted, added salt and pepper and was done.

What You Need:

2 Cups Carrots

2 Tablespoons Butter

3 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper

What To Do:

Bring a pot of water to a boil.  Add the carrots and cook for about 5 minutes or until just tender.  Drain off the water and add the butter and thyme to the pan.  Lower the heat and cook until the butter has melted and has coated the carrots.  Sprinkle with the salt and pepper and serve.
