Fried Egg on Angle Hair Pasta with Bacon

 Pasta and eggs may seem like an off combination, but trust me, this is a must make.  We usually have this for dinner, but I have also made it for brunch.  The creaminess of the egg yolks with the pasta is wonderful blend that is so savory along with the garlic and shallots.  Add really, is anything bad when you add bacon to it?

What You Need:

2 Eggs

1 Tablespoon Butter

Angel Hair Pasta

2 Slices  Bacon

1 Diced Shallot

1 Diced Garlic love

Salt and Pepper

What To Do:

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and cook pasta according to the directions on the package.  Cook the bacon in a separate pan.  Reserve about a tablespoon of fat.  Add the garlic and shallots to the fat and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Once the pasta is cooked and drained, add to the garlic and shallots.  Add the bacon and mix well.  Top with the fried eggs  and add salt and pepper to taste.
