Beef and Rice Bowl with a Fried Egg
Although it sounds strange, eggs and rice are yummy. My family likes this meal so much that whenever we get rice bowls, we pick up extra just so we can make this later in the week.
This is a fast and hearty meal that is quick to put together with little mess or fuss. I like to serve this in the take out container for easy transportation and clean up on those busy weekday mornings.
What You Need:
Beef and Rice Bowl
2 Tablespoons Olive OIl
What To Do:
Heat the olive oil in the pan and cook your eggs. Meanwhile reheat the rice bowls in the microwave. Once the eggs are done place them on the beef and rice. Top with green onions and enjoy.
