Scrambled Egg and Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich
This is a great portable breakfast. To help speed up the process I sometimes cook the eggs in the microwave and just throw the bread in the toaster. It is not as yummy without the buttered bread, but it is still gooey and warm . Most weekends I cook bacon and store it in the fridge for use during the week.
I have shown the ingredients for one serving. Basically, I use one egg for each sandwich. More than that and it spills out and makes a big mess.
What You Need:
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Slice Cooked Bacon
2 Slices Cheese
2 Slices of Bread
Salt and Pepper
What To Do:
Scramble the egg in a bowl. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Add the bacon to one of the slices. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the egg to desired doneness. Remove the egg from the pan and place one of the slices of bread. Spray the outside of the bread with the non stick spray and place in hot pan. Cook until bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
