This is a great and easy way to add flavor to any steak and it couldn’t be simpler.  Simple add crushed garlic, fresh herbs, to some olive oil.  Once the steaks are done cooking lay them in the oil, cover, and let them rest for 10 minutes.

What You Need:


Salt and Pepper

5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

4 Cloves Crushed Garlic

3 Tablespoons Chopped Sage

3 Tablespoons Chopped Rosemary

What To Do:

Place the olive pile, garlic, and herbs on a plate. Season  steak with salt and pepper. Cook to your own preference.  (I like to Bar-B-Q mine.) Once steaks are cooked to desired doneness place them in the oil mixture and cover with tin foil.  Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
