Lately I have been in a pasta mood.  This salad is cool and refreshing.  I especially like the lack of dressing. I feel that sometimes pasta salads are filled with mayo based dressing.  That is not my favorite things so this salad works great for me.  I used Mrs. Dash low sodium seasoning, but any seasoning you have or enjoy would be great.  Just make sure to watch the salt content.

What You Need:

12 Oz  Spaghetti

3 Tablespoons Seasoning ( such as Mrs. Dash)

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder

1 Sliced Cucumber

1 Can Sliced Black Olives

5 sliced Celery Stalks

1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion

Green Onion

Salt and Pepper


What To Do:

Cook the spaghetti as directed on the package. ( Don’t forget to add salt to the water).  While the pasta is till warm sprinkle with the seasoning and garlic powder.  Let pasta cool completely then add the rest of the ingredients.  Season with salt and pepper.  Add more seasoning as desired.  Enjoy.
