Thyme and Butter Steak

This is a simple and delicious steak.

 

What You Need:

1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

2 Steaks

3 Tablespoons Butter

4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme

Salt and Pepper

What To Do:

Liberally salt and pepper both sides of the steaks.  Place them in a large zip lock bag and pour in the worcestershire sauce.  Let marinade for an hour of over night.  Preheat grill, remove steaks from bag and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and let rest for about 20 minutes.   Meanwhile, melt the butter in a sauce pan.  Sprinkle with salt and drop in the fresh thyme.  Remove from heat. Pour the butter over the steak and enjoy.
