Steak in Rosemary and Garlic Butter
My husband and I usually share a steak, so the measurements here are for one nice sized steak. I would add more butter if I was going to cook more than one steak.
This steak can also be cooked on the grill. Simply salt and pepper them and cook until desired doneness. Remove the steak from grill pour the butter mixture over the steak, cover with tin foil, and let rest for about 20 minutes before serving.
What You Need:
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Sprigs Rosemary
3 Garlic Cloves
Salt and Pepper
What To Do:
Finely chop the rosemary and garlic. Melt the butter and olive oil in a pan. Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper then, add the steak and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the steak and add the rosemary and garlic. Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, or until steak is at desired doneness. Remove from pan, cover, and let rest 20 minutes before slicing. Pour the rest of the butter mixture over the steak and serve.
