When I made this sandwich my eyes were bigger than my mouth.  I could hardly get my mouth around it and ended up having to use a fork.  But…  it was totally worth it. Like most of my sandwich sandwich recipes, it is hard to give exact measurement.

After I took the first pictures I picked up the sandwich and all the avocado fell out.  I decided to mash up the avocado and smear it on the bun.  Don’t know why I didn’t do that in the first place.  I always do that when I have avocado on my sandwich.

1 Can Tuna

2 Chopped Celery Stalks

Chopped Cucumber

Diced Red Onion

2 Tablespoons Mayo


Hard Boiled Egg


Salt and Pepper

Rustic Roll





What To Do:

Mix the tuna, red onion, cucumber, and celery together with the mayo.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Pile all the ingredients on the roll and enjoy.
