Angel Hair Pasta with Spinach and Lemon

What You Need:
8 oz Angle Hair Pasta
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
3 Cups Spinach
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper
What To Do:
Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain, rinse, and set aside. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil. Add the crushed garlic and spinach. Cook until the spinach is just wilted, make sure that the garlic does not burn. Stir in the pasta and Parmesan cheese. Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
