Turkey and Provolone Melt with Butter
My husband and I throw tons of parties throughout the year. Is can sometime be hard to decide what to make. I want it to be yummy but I don’t always want to be stuck in the kitchen. When we had people over for a basketball game last weekend I wanted to make something that would be warm and easy for people to eat with their hands.
These little guys were just the answer. I made the sandwiches the day before the game. I added the garlic butter right before I put them in the oven.
What You Need:
1 Package Bacon
1 Lb. Turkey
8 Slices Provolone
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
3 Tablespoons Butter
What To Do:
Reheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the bottoms of the rolls in an oven proof dish. Layer the turkey, bacon, and cheese on top. Spread mustard on top roll and place them on the sandwiches. In a microwave proof dish, melt the butter. Add the garlic and drizzle over the tops of the rolls. Cover with tin foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and they are warmed through.
