Puff Pastry Pizza
We always enjoy a good pizza. Last weekend we had brunch with friends. Well like usual brunch ended up in hanging out all day. This is typical for most of the parties that my husband and I throw so I was prepared.
I decided if the fun lasted into the evening that I would serve pizza since it is easy to prep ahead and everyone usually enjoys it. I figured after all the champagne and libations I was not going to be in the mood to roll out pizza dough, so I decided to use puff pasty. OHHH MYYY!! It was so so good!
I prepped the toppings the day before. I cooked the mushrooms and sausage for one pizza, chopped the ham,and crumbled the blue cheese for a second, and defrosted a bag of frozen fajita veggies ( onions and bell peppers; no cutting or cooking required) for a third . I defrosted the puff pastry dough a in the fridge according to the directions and I was set.

Your Favorite Pizza Topping
What To Do:
Preheat oven according to package directions. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil. Spray with cooking spray. Roll out the puff pastry. Place all your favorite topping on and bake according to the package directions.
