Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

These are such a yummy way to make potatoes.   They are super simple to put together.  I really like that they are not fried.  The amount of olive oil used in this recipe is just enough to get the Panko crumbs and cheese to stick. If you can’t find Panko crumbs regular bread crumbs with work .


What You Need:

2 Large Potatoes

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Cup Panko Crumbs

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Salt and Pepper

What To Do:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice the potatoes into even slices.   Mix the Panko crumbs, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper together.   Dip the potatoes in the olive oil and then into the Panko and cheese mixtures.  Place on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
