Spicy Carrots

The spiciness of the paprika works well with the sweetness of the carrots that gives this dish a wonderful flavor.  These carrots are a great side dish for steak or pork chops.

What You Need:

3 Cups Peeled and Chopped Carrots

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

½ teaspoon Pepper

½ teaspoon Paprika

 

What To Do:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.   In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Spread out on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until carrots are tender.
