I made these yummy bites last summer for our annual boat trip.  They are great because they can be made ahead and they transport easily, not to mention they are so tasty.

For the Garlic Aioli I simple mixed together store bought mayo and crushed garlic. That garlicky  flavor along with the sweetness of the oven roasted tomatoes and smokiness of the bacon make this a bit to remember.

What You Need: ( For 1)

2 Tablespoons Garlic Aioli ( Garlic Mayo)

4 or 5 Oven Dried Tomatoes

2 or 3 Slices Cooked Bacon

Lettuce

1 Tablespoon Softened Cream Cheese

2 Tablespons Tortillas

What To Do:

On one end of the tortilla spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese.  Starting on the other end of the tortilla, spread the garlic aioli.  Layer the lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes across the tortilla.  Be sure not to cover the cream cheese, you will need this to seal the tortilla.  Tightly roll the tortilla and press the cream cheese end tightly to make sure you have a tight seal.   Place each wrap on plastic wrap and wrap tightly. Refrigerate for an hour or over night.  When you are ready to serve, unwrap and slice.
