Cheese Balls with Bacon

These are so easy!  They are made up from goat cheese and cream cheese and then rolled in bacon, an herb   (I used basil) and black pepper.

What You Need:

1 Cup Goat Cheese

1/2 Cup Cream Cheese

6 Slices Cooked Bacon

3 Tablespoons Fresh Herbs ( Thyme, Basil, Sage)

1 Tablespoon Pepper

What To Do:

Let the cream cheese and goat cheese soften. Mix together in a bowl.   In a separate bowl place the crushed bacon bits, herbs, and pepper. Using you hands, roll the cheese mixture  into 1 inch balls.   Place it into the bacon crumbs and toll around to cover.  Place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Place in the refrigerator  for an hour before serving.
