Recently I read that you could make, stuff, and then freeze baked potatoes. I was skeptical at first but decided to try it. i went with a simple chili and cheese stuffed potato.
What You Need:
1 Can Chili
What To Do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes and wrap in tin foil. Place in oven for about an hour or until the potatoes are soft. Remove from oven and let potatoes cool. Split the potatoes open and, using a fork, remove the flesh. Place the flesh back into the skin and top with chili and cheese. Place on a cookie sheet and set in freezer unwrapped. ONce the potatoes are frozen solid remove from freezer, wrap with tin foil, and place in a freezer bag. Once you are ready to eat the potaotes, defrost completely and reheat.
