Peppercorn Steak Marinade

Sometimes the foods that seem the simplest to make cause me the most trouble. Steak is one of those things for me.  My husband loves this expensive steak house near us.  It is one of those places where everything is a la carte.  I have been trying to mimic the peppercorn sauce that they use for a while.  I finally came very, very close with this recipe.

 What You Need:

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Worstchester Sauce

4 Tablespoons Cracked Black Pepper

4 Crushed Garlic Cloves
What To Do:

Mix all the ingredients together. Add the steak and let marinade for an hour or all day.  Remove the steak from the marinade and fry in the pan or throw it on the grill.  Pour the rest of the marinade into a sauce pan and simmer until the sauce is hot and thickens up a little.
