Buffalo Wing Mac and Cheese

Posted in : Dinner, Freezer Friendly, Make Ahead on by : Pamela Reynoso

This is such a great play on chicken wings.  It is easy to put together and freezes wonderfully. If you are making it ahead or freezing it don’t add the bread crumbs until you are ready to bake it.

What You Need:

2 Cups Pasta

1 Can Cheese Soup

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup Wing Sauce

2 Cooked Chicken Breasts

1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs

2 Tablespoons Butter

Blue Cheese

What To Do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions.  Chop cooked chicken breasts.  Mix in  the can of soup mix, cheddar cheese, and wing sauce with the chicken. Stir this into the cooked pasta and place in an oven proof pan.  Melt the butter in the microwave and mix together with the bread crumbs.  Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top of the pasta and bake in the oven until the bread crumbs are browned and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Sprinkle with the blue cheese and enjoy.
