Scrambled Eggs with Sausage, Asparagus, and Mushrooms
As I have said many time before, I just love breakfast. I really love when I can get it done quickly. With this meal I used asparagus and mushroom that I had cooked for last nights orzo. I had cooked the sausage the weekend before and froze it in individual serving sizes.
I am not giving any measurements for this one. I know some people hate that but this is such an easy dish to throw together. I like to use 2 eggs for one person but it is entirely up to you how much of each thing you want to add. The more the better I always say. Cheese might be a nice addition to this as well.
What You Need:
Salt and Pepper
What To Do:
Heat all the ingredients. Add the eggs and cook until desired doneness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
