I was not always a fan of brussel sprouts but these are quiet good. Then again, what isn’t good with bacon in it.  I just found out that the smaller the sprouts the sweeter they are so I always try to pick he smallest ones I can find. I have been very luck and found a store that has these small gem in the frozen section so I can always have them on hand.

What You Need:

4 Cups Brussel Sprouts

Boiling Water

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Cup Cooked Bacon

1 Tablespoon Bacon Fat or Butter

What To Do:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Add salt and Brussel sprouts and cook for about 5 minutes.  Drain and slice in half once they are cool enough to handle.

Heat fat or butter in a pan.  Place the Brussel sprouts, cut side down in the pan and cook until nice a brown. Stir in cup bacon and serve.
