Smoked Salmon with Goat Cheese and Caper Crostini
If I haven’t said it before I’ll say it again. I love appetizers!! Crostini are just my favorite and so easy to put together. Once you get the hang of toasting the bread you are set!
What You Need:
8 oz Goat Cheese
What To Do:
Toast the baguette. This can be done days ahead of time. Just make sure to store the toast in an airtight container. Spread each crostini with about a tablespoon of goat cheese ( to be honest, I never measure but I have been told that people like exact numbers when cooking) . Top with a few capers and a rolled piece of smoked salmon.
