Grilled Zucchini

This really is a simple and fast way to prepare zucchini. The trick is not to stir them but let them sit in the hot pan until they get golden brown.  I find that this way they get that caramelized flavor and don’t get to mushy. I do NOT like mushy zucchini.

What You Need:

1 Lb. Zucchini

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

What To Do:

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sliced zucchini.  Let sit for about 5 minutes or until that side is a golden brown.  Flip and let the other side brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.  Simple!!!
