Beef Enchilada Dip

Posted in : Appetizers, Make Ahead on by : Pamela Reynoso

This is yummy. After you have made it once you will be able to change the amounts to make as much or as little as you like.  Since it is usually my husband that requests this one for a snack I dramatically cut everything back so it is enough for two.Which means I rarely get any! Ha Ha Most of the time I have the hamburger meat cooked and frozen so it is a quick defrost and bake.

What You Need:

1 Lb. Ground Beef

1 Small Onion

2 Garlic cloves

Enchilada Sauce

2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese

What To Do:

In a skillet brown ground beef. Drain fat and then add the chopped onion and garlic.  Saute  for about 5 minutes.  Stir in the enchilada sauce and cheese and heat until melted through.

If Making Ahead:

Once the meat is cooked it can be cooled and frozen.
