Bacon, Jalapeño Popper Dip

Comments : 1 Posted in : Appetizers, Make Ahead on by : Pamela Reynoso

I love Jalapeño poppers but I can never get anyone to share an order with me. I think the thought of eating a whole jalapeño seems just to spicy. So I came up with this dish.  Everyone seems to love it.  I just don’t tell them what it is until they have tried it and ask. I only say that it might be spicy and it has bacon in it.  I think it is the bacon that gets to them.

What You Need:

4 Jalapeños

Cooked Bacon

1/2Cup Mayo

8 Oz Cream Cheese

1  1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese

What To Do: Finely chop the Jalapeños after you have removed all the seeds and ribs. The ribs are the white parts on the inside.  That is where the heat comes from. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place in 350 degree oven and cook for 20 minutes.
