These are a light and refreshing choose during those football games. I like to use garlic hummus but any flavor will work wonderfully.
What You Need:
Red Bell Peppers
Yellow Bell Peppers
What To Do:
Slice all the veggies very, very thin. Spread the hummus on the tortilla. Make sure to spread it all the way up to the edges so that it will stick shut once it is rolled. Place a small amount of all the veggies to the side of the tortilla and roll up and cut in half.
