Roasted Potatoes

These potatoes can be made with many different seasonings. I like to season them with garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Italian seasoning, Parsley,or just salt and pepper.  For this recipe I went with Thyme because the green beans had garlic in them. To mix it up swap out the Thyme for your favorite herbs.

What You Need:

2 Pounds Potatoes

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoons Thyme

What To Do:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes into slightly bigger than bit sized pieces. Place in bowl with the rest of the ingredients and toss so that the potatoes are coated. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
