IMG_1345Roasted garlic is wonderful.  I almost always have some in the fridge. I add them to soup, salads, salad dressing, even sandwiches. It is super easy to make.

What You Need:

Garlic Bulbs

Olive Oil

Tin Foil

What To Do:

Cut the top off of the garlic bulbs, drizzle with a little olive oil, and wrap in tinfoil.  Place in oven and roast for about 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
