.   This is a simple and delicious steak.   What You Need: 1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce 2 Steaks 3 Tablespoons Butter 4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme Salt and Pepper What To Do: Liberally salt and pepper both sides of the steaks.  Place them in a large zip lock bag and pour in the worcestershire sauce.

Chickpea and Avocado Salad

.   What You Need: 1/2 Cup Chickpeas 1/2 an Avocado 2 Cups Lettuce 1/2 Cup Chicken Red Onions Cilantro Dressing What To Do: Drain and rinse the chickpeas.  Toss all the ingredients together. Top with you favorite dressing and enjoy.
