These appetizers are an easy make ahead bit sized treat.   I like to use a soft white sandwich bread but crackers of a toast would be just as good.  For the spread I blend cream cheese, green onions hot sauce ( wing sauce) and dill.  This can be made a few days ahead and refrigerated.
